Disconnect the exhaust system as well as the spare tire. Securing the propeller shaft using mechanics wire on the side represents a sufficient solution instead of performing complete removal. Start by setting the rear Differential on a transmission jack stand while you remove both the propeller shaft and right rear wheel drive shaft. You need to take out the right rear Differential support bushing bolt and the left Differential mount along with the right Differential support bushing nut. Use j 8092 (Driver Handle) with j 33832 (Rear Bearing Installer) to remove the axle shaft seal while accessing it through the lower position of the Differential. Install the new axle shaft seal using the combination of j 8092 and j 33832 tools attached to each other. Position the Differential in the rear cradle before you install the left rear support bolt with the right Differential support bushing nut. To complete the task reverse the installation steps for the left Differential mount then eliminate the transmission jack stand before reinstalling both the right rear wheel drive shaft and propeller shaft. Complete the procedure by reattaching the exhaust system and removing the spare tire and filling in the Differential liquid.
