With the hose clamp pliers (J 38185), move the surge tank inlet hose clamps, then detach the surge tank inlet hose from the surge tank and Radiator. Before installation, apply clean coolant inside the diameters of the hoses. Attach the surge tank inlet hose to the Radiator and then to the surge tank using the hose clamp pliers (J 38185) once more to remount the surge tank inlet hose clamp. Finally it should fill the cooling system to finish the procedure.
