How to replace the Power Steering Cooler with hydroboost on 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500?

The radiator grille must be removed before attempting to replace the Power Steering Cooler with hydroboost. The power steering fluid reservoir needs to have its content drained to the maximum before placing drain pans below the vehicle. Disconnect both end points of the Power Steering Cooler hose from steering gear and from Power Steering Pump. First remove all Power Steering Cooler bolts then extract the Power Steering Cooler out of the vehicle. Obtain proper alignment of the Power Steering Cooler within the vehicle before tightening Power Steering Cooler bolts at 9 n.m (80 lb in). Complete the connection of the Power Steering Cooler hose to the Power Steering Pump as well as the hose between the pump and steering gear. Before reinstalling the radiator grille users need to drain vehicle fluid residue from the system and eliminate drain pans then install the grille. The power steering system requires a complete filling and bleeding process as the final step.
