How to replace the Neutral Safety Switch on 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer?

To change the Park/Neutral Position Switch, use the parking brake and put the transmission into the neutral position. Take out the transmission control lever and pull out the electrical connections to the switch. Install the new switch making sure that it is well-aligned and tighten the bolts.
