How to replace the negative battery cable on 2008 GMC Acadia?

The first thing to do in order to replace the battery negative cable is to cut off the negative Battery Cable. Secondly, unplug the body wiring harness electrical connector from the negative Battery Cable electrical connector and pull off the negative cable ground bolt. And then pull out the negative cable. I for installation lay the negative Battery Cable to the battery box before installing the negative Battery Cable ground bolt and tighten it to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). Connect the body wiring harness electrical connector to the negative Battery Cable electrical connector and finally, connect the negative Battery Cable. Always use original cables of the same type, diameter, and length and ensure that the new cable is plugged in in the same way as the original wire.
