Empty the air pressure from the suspension while keeping the air supply pipes intact. Ensure you document the hose positions before cleaning affected components that lead to or originate from the ecas (Electronically Controlled Air Suspension) system. Start by disconnecting the air hose from the air dryer then unscrew the Air Suspension Compressor nuts and washers while removing the Air Suspension Compressor with dryer out of the bracket. Reinstall the Air Suspension Compressor with the dryer onto its bracket before you attach the Air Suspension Compressor nuts and washers. Tighten these fasteners up to 2 nm (18 lb in) and fully connect the air hose to the air dryer. Put the Air Suspension Compressor assembly back where it belongs and actuate the pressurized air suspension system once you finish your repair work. Finally, lower the vehicle.
