How to replace the front center console on 2009 Cadillac STS?

Replacement of the front floor console starts with removing both the upper console trim piece and the shifter bezel. You must adjust the front seats to expose the retaining bolts which you can reach past the carpeting. Start by removing retaining bolts then disconnect electrical connectors for the console. The console can be removed after lifting it up while releasing the rear retainers.
