To change the Auxiliary A/C Expansion Valve, first of all, detach the evaporator core. Take off the sealer surrounding the A/C Expansion Valve, and record the orientation of the tube. Unscrew the connections of the evaporator tubes and take off the valve. Install the valve, attach the tubes, and wrap sealer around the valve then install the evaporator core back.
