How to replace the timing chain, crankshaft sprocket, camshaft position actuator, and solenoid valve on 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe?

In order to remove the timing chain and associated parts, remove the oil pump and then fit the holding tool. Adjust the crankshaft and camshaft mark and then take out the CMP actuator and timing chain. Install the new parts making sure the actuator solenoid valve is in place correctly and then reinstall the oil pump.
