How to replace the steering knuckle on a 4WD on 2009 GMC Savana 1500?

To replace the steering knuckle on a 4WD vehicle, raise and support the vehicle, take the tire and wheel off, and remove the torsion bars. Disconnect the outer tie rod, remove the brake hose bracket and remove the ball joints. Clean the components, put in the new steering knuckle and reconnect it all. Finally, drop the vehicle and level it.
