How to replace the left side exhaust manifold on 2010 Buick Enclave?

Removal of heat shield, oil level indicator and catalytic converter to remove the left side exhaust manifold. Remember to remove the exhaust manifold and get rid of the gasket. Unscrew the oxygen sensor which has been heated, apply anti-seize paste onto the threads, and screw in. Install the new gasket, install the manifold and re-assemble.
