Begin by positioning both the Exhaust Manifold with its gasket to the Cylinder Head and the Catalytic Converter and complete all bolt installation before tightening them to 20 nm (15 lb ft). The repair ends with installation of the Exhaust Manifold heat shield followed by the oil level indicator and then the Catalytic Converter.
