To replace the timing chain and sprockets, start with removing the engine front cover. Then remove the right bank secondary camshaft drive chain tensioner, the right bank secondary camshaft drive chain shoe, and the right bank secondary camshaft drive chain guide. Then, take out the right bank secondary camshaft drive chain and the Timing Chain Tensioner. Go ahead and remove the upper guide for the timing chain, followed by removing the timing chain. For installation, begin by installing the timing chain, followed with the primary upper cam shaft drive chain guide and then, the timing chain tension. Then, fit the right bank secondary camshaft drive chain, the right bank secondary camshaft drive chain guide, the right bank secondary camshaft drive chain shoe as well as the right bank secondary camshaft drive chain tensioner. Lastly, replace the engine front cover.
