    A: Consequently, to replace the crankshaft rear oil seal and housing you'll have to remove the Flywheel. Then remove the plank of the 2 bolts for the fixation of the Oil Pan on the crankshaft rear oil seal housing and the bolts of the crankshaft rear oil seal housing too. Install 2 bolt in the threaded holes to provide jack screws and tighten them equally so as to release the crankshaft rear oil seal housing from the engine block and Oil Pan thereof, remove the housing. Next, remove the two bolts from the jack screw holes without any seal bore damage. Removing crankshaft rear oil seal from the housing using a hammer and a punch and disposing of it. Clean and inspect crankshaft rear oil seal housing and sealing of the engine block and Oil Pan. Apply a 3 millimeter (0.12 in) bead of sealer top the crank shaft rear oil seal housing where it meets the engine block, where it meets the Oil Pan, and the Oil Pan surface location at the opener the housing is slanted to allow sealer at the housing and Oil Pan interface. To install the crankshaft rear oil seal housing, align on the right alignment dowel while tilting the left slightly up and then align with the left dowel and press on the engine block into place. Add the crankshaft rear oil seal housing bolts and the 2 Oil Pan bolts and tighten all to 10nm (89 lb in). Apply a little clean engine oil to the crankshaft rear oil seal lip, attach the plastic installation sleeve that comes with the new seal to the housing of the crankshaft, and with the j 44215 and the j 8092 use a hammer to install the crankshaft rear oil seal into the housing, making certain that it is installed square and bottom out when fully installed. Finally, reinstall the Flywheel.
