How to replace the front outer CV Boot and CV Joint of the drive shaft on 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?

To replace the joint and boot of the wheel drive shaft, remove the shaft and clamp it in a vice. Remove boot clamps, discard and replace. Use a block and hammer to remove the CV joint and boot, inspect, install boot, lubricant, joint and clamps, move the CV joint to distribute lubricant, reinstall shaft.
