How to replace the tailgate handle on 2010 GMC Canyon?

In order to change the tailgate handle, unscrew the endgate cover and un-clip the latch rods. It has bolts that attach the handle, remove them. Install the lock cylinder into the handle again, where necessary, and reassemble everything and install the endgate cover.
