How to replace the A/C Hose with Auxiliary Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe on 2010 GMC Savana 1500?

The replacement process of auxiliary air conditioning evaporator tube with auxiliary heater inlet and outlet pipe starts by removing the engine cooling fan along with the accumulator and passenger side wheel house splash shield. Purchase the driver side body mount bolts and remove the passenger side body mount bolts from their places. Silently elevate the body section from the frame towards the passenger side before providing support. Remove all helper heating equipment clamps and nuts from the auxiliary a/c evaporator then unfasten the helper a/c and heater hose bracket nuts and auxiliary a/c and heater hose bracket bolt . Dismantle the assembly for auxiliary air conditioning evaporator and heater tubes. To mount the installation assemble the auxiliary air conditioning evaporator & heater tube assembly before everything else. Screw the auxiliary a/c and heater hose bracket bolt until it reaches 6 nm (5 lb in), then secure the auxiliary a/c and heater hose bracket nuts to 7 nm (6 lb in) before fastening the auxiliary a/c evaporator nut to 16 nm (12 lb ft). After clamping the auxiliary heater hoses in place lower the body frame on the passenger side. Tighten both the passenger side body mount bolts while maintaining a torque of 140 nm (103 lb ft) before proceeding to torque the driver side body mount bolts at the same level. After the passenger wheel house splash shield installation the vehicle should be lowered down while the accumulator is reinstalled followed by engine cooling fan mounting. The j 38185 hose clamp pliers must be used as required for different tasks.
