How to replace the Blend Door Actuator on 2010 GMC Savana 2500?

To replace the actuator of the temperature valve, start by removing the air temperature actuator electrical connector. Then, remove the retaining screws for air temperature actuator and once again extract the actuator out from the heater assembly. For installation, reinstall component air temperature actuator back on to the heater assembly and be sure to follow fastener caution to prevent damages to vehicles. Lock down the actuator securing it with the help of retaining screws and tighten to 1.9 nm (17 lb in), then reconnect the air temperature actuator electrical connector.
