Use the mounting nut and bolt to take off the spring shackle from the Leaf Spring after which remove the spring shackle from the frame bracket by using the mounting nut and bolt. The new spring shackle installation begins by placing it onto both Leaf Spring and frame bracket . Secure the frame bracket attachment with mounting nut and bolt but without tightening the nut. The Leaf Spring requires the spring shackle next where you install it with a mounting bolt and a mounting nut. When assembling the spring shackle it should be tightened using a torque of 115 nm (85 lb ft) that affects the frame mounting nut while the spring shackle to Leaf Spring mounting nut requires a torque of 85 nm (63 lb ft). Finish the procedure by taking away the rear axle support and lowering down the vehicle.
