Start by taking off the Catalytic Converter followed by disconnecting the oxygen sensor wiring harness from its position on the heat shield. Begin by taking out the rivets holding the heat shield in place before extracting the heat shield piece. To install the new shield nonatomically position it in position then use rivets to secure it into place. Return oxygen sensor wiring harness to the heat shield followed by reinstallation of the Catalytic Converter.
