    Begin by removing the coolant and loosening the air cleaner from the engine, moving it so it does not get in the way. Release the Coolant Reservoir nuts and bolts, and after that, use the special hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to take off the coolant hose before taking out the Coolant Reservoir. Attach the coolant hose to the reservoir by using the hose clamp pliers (J 38185), then put the reservoir in place and fasten it with the nuts and bolts. Make sure the mounting bolt gets tightened to 9 nm (80 inch lbs.) and the mounting nuts to 6 nm (53 inch lbs.). At the end, put the air cleaner back in place and pour more coolant into the system.
