Start the service by removing the negative Battery Cable. Begin by removing Spark Plug wires from the spark plugs followed by unhooking the transmission oil level indicator together with its tube. You should start by taking off the oxygen sensor electrical connector followed by the two bolts fastening the right Exhaust Manifold to the crossover pipe. Raise and support the vehicle properly before taking out the front exhaust pipe from the Exhaust Manifold. Workers should start by lowering the vehicle before taking out the engine lift bracket and Exhaust Manifold studs then removing the Exhaust Manifold. Tear down the Exhaust Manifold installation by connecting it to the Cylinder Head and inserting all Exhaust Manifold studs and bolts then tighten them to 30 nm (22 ft. Lbs.). The front exhaust pipe should be installed onto the Exhaust Manifold after reattaching the engine lift bracket and raising the vehicle. Reduce the height of the vehicle while tightening the crossover pipe to the right Exhaust Manifold bolts to 20 nm (15 ft. Lbs.). You should complete the installation process by putting back the oxygen sensor electrical connector followed by the transmission oil level indicator and indicator tube then adding the throttle cable bracket and wire the Spark Plug wires to their spark plugs before connecting the negative Battery Cable.
