Buick Rainier Antenna Parts Questions & Experts Answers
Q: How to replace the cellular and navigation antenna assembly on Buick Rainier?
A:
For replacing the cellular and navigation antenna, pull down the headliner's front part and remove the electrical connectors from the assembly. Turn the retaining nut just enough to allow the unit to come off the roof panel, and then pull it upwards to remove it. To install, set the antenna in place on the roof from above and make sure the anti-rotation pin aligns with its recess as you lower it onto the roof. Turn the retaining nut till it reaches 6 N.m (53 lb in), make sure the antenna electrical connectors are connected, and then put back the headliner.
