Before reframing the Fuel Pressure Regulator you must replace its o-rings with new ones and apply clean engine oil for light lubrication. Place the Fuel Pressure Regulator inside the Fuel Pressure Regulator housing and fasten it with a snap ring. After that install the regulator o-ring small, the regulator o-ring large, and the regulator o-ring back up. Install the vacuum line to the Fuel Pressure Regulator, tighten the fuel fill cap then reconnect the negative Battery Cable. A leak inspection process includes turning on the ignition for two seconds followed by ten seconds of ignition off time before reactivating the ignition to check for fuel leaks. Stand at the end of your installation by putting on the fuel injection sight shield.
