Remove the nut from the air injection pipe, the 3 nuts and bolts that secure the Throttle Body to the supercharger then pull off the Throttle Body assembly and the acelerator controls cable bracket if replacing Throttle Body. Clean the gasket surfaces of the supercharger and Throttle Body assembly without the use of solvent because such an activity could harm the surfaces. In the event of installation, and if needed, attach the accelerator controls bracket to the Throttle Body and on tightening the bolts it goes up to 16 n.m (12 lb ft). Add a new gasket, inserts, and studs, if necessary, and then install the Throttle Body assembly and secure it using retaining nuts and bolts tighten to 10 n.m (7 lb ft). Inspect the air injection pipe and loosen the nut to stop you from overtightening. Make sure it is an easy to turn nut and tighten properly to 10 n.m (7 lb ft). Attach vacuum hoses to the Throttle Body, then accelerator control cable and cruise control cable, to accelerator control bracket at Throttle Body .
