    The first step for replacing the Throttle Body assembly requires removal of the charge air cooler outlet pipe. The professional disconnects the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the electronic throttle control (ETC) and brake booster auxiliary pump. After this, they remove the brake booster auxiliary pump electrical connector clip from its bracket. You should remove the Throttle Body bolts before extracting the Throttle Body assembly and its seal from the Intake Manifold. The Throttle Body seal's condition must be checked first followed by a replacement if needed before placing the Throttle Body onto the Intake Manifold. Screw in the Throttle Body bolts with 10 n.m of torque (89 lb in of torque). Connect the brake booster auxiliary pump to its electrical connector after routing the engine wiring harness through the appropriate port. Then fix the brake booster auxiliary pump electrical connector clip to the bracket. Set the charge air cooler outlet pipe in place followed by connecting the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the etc and reinstalling the charge air cooler outlet pipe.
