How to replace the rear wiper motor on Buick Rendezvous?

You must start by detaching the rear Wiper Arm and the seal from the motor drive shaft before taking off the liftgate access trim. Detach the rear Wiper Motor electrical connector then unscrew its mounting screws to take out the motor from the liftgate. Connect the power wires after fitting the Wiper Motor onto the back door and secure it by tightening all screws to 6 n.m (53 lb in) as specified in the fastener notice of service precautions. Reinstall the liftgate access trim panel following motor installation and apply the seal onto the driveshaft of the rear Wiper Motor before attaching the rear Wiper Arm.
