  A: The first step to service and repair the Exhaust Pipe/muffler hanger requires vehicle lifting alongside supporting measures. Take off exhaust insulators from the exhaust system and hanger bracket(s) according to the work requirement. Service and repair the Exhaust Hanger by removing its bolts along with the hanger component and also removing bolts from the catalytic converter hanger with its hanger and the hanger of the tail pipe. Start installation by mounting the tail pipe hanger followed by its bolt installation then torquing everything to 35 n.m (26 lb ft). After installing the second tail pipe hanger with bolts to 35 n.m (26 lb ft) torque setting, install the catalytic converter hanger and its bolts with a 35 n.m (26 lb ft) torque specification. The exhaust system hanger requires installation with its bolts while being tightened to 35 n.m (26 lb ft).
