  The replacement process starts with air cleaner and duct assembly removal before proceeding to remove the right side diagonal brace and radiator inlet hose. You should first disconnect the cooling fan harness electrical connector before loosening the engine mount strut nuts at the engine side. The engineer must remove the upper radiator support bracket brace bolts from the strut and bracket pair before rotating them toward the rear. First remove the coolant overflow hose clamp from the coolant recovery reservoir before taking out both the hose from the reservoir and the overflow hose from its retainers. Position everything aside. The maintenance sequence begins with taking out the battery first then unbolting and uninstalling the radiator upper mount and its accompanying mounts. Before removing the cooling Fan Shroud together with its fans, disconnect the upper transmission oil cooler (TOC) lines from the radiator then remove the Fan Shroud retainer clip. Start by setting the battery in place and the hose must get connected to retainers before linking it to the reservoir while readjusting the coolant overflow hose clamp. Apply the engine mount struts bracket directly to the upper radiator support before installing and securing the engine mount strut bracket brace bolts to 28 nm (21 ft. Lbs.). Tighten the engine strut mount nuts at the engine side to 35 ft. Lbs. (48 Nm) then reattach the cooling fan harness connector and place the radiator inlet hose with the right side diagonal brace followed by the air cleaner and duct assembly.
