The Power Steering Cooler fe4 replacement process requires removing the front air deflector then putting a drain pan underneath the vehicle. You must begin by detaching power steering hoses from the Power Steering Cooler then removing its retaining nuts before extracting the cooler. Place the new Power Steering Cooler into position firstly and tighten the retaining nuts according to fastener notice in service precautions while securing each nut to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.). Place the power steering hoses onto the cooler then install the front air deflector in position. The power steering system needs bleeding to achieve proper system operation.
