Moving to the next step, unlatch and remove the egr pipe nut inside the Exhaust Manifold before taking out the egr valve pipe. The installation process includes putting on the egr pipe followed by tightening its nut to 60 n.m (44 lb ft). First lower the vehicle afterward install the bolt at the water crossover housing and tighten it to 24 n.m (18 lb ft).
