    Q: How to Service and Repair the Air Hose on Cadillac DTS?
    A:
    To install the air cleaner outlet duct, just unplug the engine harness electrical connector of the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor and separate the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) fresh air tube quick connect to reattach the outlet duct to the air cleaner. Relax the air cleaner outlet duct wrist clamp from Throttle Body and remove the duct from the Throttle Body, relatively relax it from maf/iat sensor and remove it from sensor and the car. For the installation, connect the air cleaner outlet duct with the vehicle and the maf/iat sensor then make sure that the clamp at the maf/iat sensor is tightened to 4 n.m (35 lb in). Then, install the duct to the Throttle Body and fasten the corresponding clamp with 4 n.m (35 lb in) of torque. Lastly, connect the pcv fresh air tube quick connect fitting to the air cleaner outlet duct and reconnect the engine harness electrical connector to the maf/iat sensor.
