How to replace the canister purge valves on Cadillac Eldorado?

To install a new evap Canister Purge Valves, first take off the evap purge pipe and electrical connector from the current valves. Open the throttle a little and then unscrew the retaining bolt before taking out the evap Canister Purge Valves from the Intake Manifold. Make sure you put a new o-ring on the new valves before installation. With the throttle still partway open, put the evap Canister Purge Valves into place on the Intake Manifold. Put in the retaining bolt and tighten it with a torque of 12 n.m (106 lb in). When the throttle is closed, attach the evap purge pipe to the evap Canister Purge Valves and plug back in the electrical connector.
