In order to replace the Coolant Reservoir, first drain the cooling system. Next, unbolt the air cleaner assembly, then unbolt the Coolant Reservoir overflow hose and pull the low coolant amount switch electrical connector. Reposition the Coolant Reservoir inlet hose clamp and remove the Coolant Reservoir inlet hose, then reposition the Coolant Reservoir outlet hose clamp and remove the Coolant Reservoir outlet hose. Dislodge the bolt and nut holding the Coolant Reservoir and remove the Coolant Reservoir itself. For installation, set the Coolant Reservoir back into its place and install the bolt, which should be tightened 9 nm (80 inch lbs.) with a nut, which should be also tightened in 9 nm (80 inch lbs.). Connect the Coolant Reservoir outlet hose and locate its clamp, install the Coolant Reservoir inlet hose and its clamp. Reconnect the low coolant level switch electrical connector, install the Coolant Reservoir overflow hose and lastly its air cleaner assembly. The process is completed by filling in the cooling system.
