  A: The first step for Fuel Filler Hose replacement requires the removal of both fuel filler cap and left rear wheelhouse liner panel. Open both the fuel fill hose and vent hose from the fuel tank fill and vent pipe before using a cap to close their ends. Start by disconnecting the fuel system ground strap then take off the fuel tank fill and vent pipe from the fuel filler pocket. The fuel tank fill and vent pipe requires installation into the fuel filler pocket through bolts that need to be tightened to 3.5 n.m (31 lb in). The installation requires connecting the fuel fill pipe ground strap with a bolt torque of 4.0 n.m (35 lb in). Insert the fuel fill hose open end through the fuel tank fill pipe before clamping it tight at 3.5 n.m (31 lb in). Similarly attach the vent hose to the vent pipe opening followed by screwing the fuel fill hose clamp to 3.5 n.m (31 lb in). To complete this procedure end with reinstallation of the left rear wheelhouse liner panel followed by the fuel filler cap.
