How to replace the ignition switch on Chevrolet Aveo?

The replacement process of ignition and start switch requires users to disconnect the negative Battery Cable first. The installation process begins by removing screws 6, 7, 8 and lower steering column cover panel. Extract the Ignition Switch screw followed by the Ignition Switch removal then separate the Ignition Switch connector. Install the Ignition Switch first then fasten it into place by using the screw. The installation process begins by replacing the lower steering column cover panel with its screws (6, 7, 8) and completing the connection of the Ignition Switch connector before reconnecting the negative Battery Cable.
