How to replace the windshield washer pump and washer reservoir on Chevrolet Aveo?

Begin the window washer pump and reservoir replacement by taking off the negative battery terminal. Depress the left wheel from the front and take out its bolts along with the front wheel well shield. Disconnect the washer hoses from the reservoir and also take off the electrical connectors from the reservoir pump. Untighten all bolts and nuts mounting the reservoir. Fasten the reservoir to place with nuts and bolts before tightening them to 9 n.m (80 lb in). Place back the washer hoses into the reservoir and plug in the reservoir pump electrical connections. Reconnect the front left wheel and secure the splashboard shield with its bolts at 1.5 n.m (13 lb in) torque.
