Handle valve spring compressors carefully because compressed valve springs generate significant spring tension. Operate the j 5892-d (Valve Spring Compressor) by slipping its slotted end under the washer on the valve Rocker Arm bolt then apply continuous pressure to access the valve keys. Use the j 38606 (Valve Spring Compressor) if complete valve spring engagement cannot be achieved.
