    Begin the control and Shift Solenoid service or repair process by removing the transmission oil pan with filter while keeping the Valve Body intact unless servicing the pressure control solenoid requires removal of the 1-2 accumulator. The internal wiring harness electrical connectors of the transmission fluid pressure switch , 1-2 shift control solenoid , 2-3 shift control solenoid , pressure control solenoid , tcc pwm solenoid , and 3-2 control solenoid should be disconnected. You should start by taking off the pressure control solenoid retainer followed by the pressure control solenoid then proceed with removing the retainers and solenoids for both 1-2 and 2-3 shifts before completing with the 3-2 control solenoid retainer and solenoid.
