Keep your knife passes shallow. Pull the motor tab and take out the motor from its holder. Press the Blower Motor into its motor cup space that you cut from the lower case assembly and fasten it with the Blower Motor nuts until they reach 2.4 n.m (21 lb in). Place the service ring onto the motor cup and add the screws from the kit. Tighten both the screws to 1.8 n.m. Fit the Blower Motor and service ring into the hvac unit by inserting the kit screws in place. Align the Blower Motor electrical connector toward the rear of the vehicle and secure it tightly at 1.8 n.m (15 lb in). Set the low motor cover back in place then fasten its retaining screws to 1.8 n.m (15 lb in) while soldering the Blower Motor plug.
