The replacement of the clutch Pilot Bearing requires three specific tools consisting of clutch Pilot Bearing remover (J 43276), Pilot Bearing and
Flywheel locator installer (J 45949), and clutch Pilot Bearing remover tool body (J 43276-1). Begin by removing the Flywheel. Insert the clutch Pilot Bearing remover tool body (J 43276-1) into the clutch Pilot Bearing and apply a wrench to stop its rotation before use (J 43276). Use the j 43276-2 in the first step by placing it into the j 43276-1 while turning the tool clockwise to remove the clutch Pilot Bearing from the Crankshaft. The j 43276-2 should be turned counterclockwise to detach from the j 43276-1 before removing the j 43276-1 from the tool body. The removal process ends by throwing away the old clutch Pilot Bearing. Use Pilot Bearing and Flywheel locator installer (J 45949) to put the new clutch Pilot Bearing into the Crankshaft while setting its deep position at 11.6 mm (0.457 in). Afterward replace the Flywheel using the Pilot Bearing and Flywheel locator installer (J 45949). Then reinstall the Flywheel.
