After giving time for cooling you can start by removing the bolts that secure the coolant surge tank. Place the surveillance tank aside within the engine region while keeping its coolant lines attached and removing the measurement sensor. Detach the bolts from the front washer solvent container and unhook the hose linking the front washer nozzle to the washer solvent container housing which travels next to the upper motor rail. Reposition the washer solvent container towards the back of the vehicle before removing it from the base. To unplug the Washer Pump safely pull off its electrical connector then pull out the solvent filled Washer Pump unit from the solvent reservoir. Unplug the Washer Pump from both washer solvent hoses at the front and back. For installation use fresh washer solvent when connecting the front and rear house fittings to the Washer Pump assembly. Place the Washer Pump into the solvent can while also reinstalling the filter and connecting the electrical connector to it. Place the washer solvent container hoses over the container grooves and put the washer solvent container inside the motor compartment. Align the mounting peg with grommet into the body structure mounting hole while using lubricant when needed. The washer solvent container grommet should be placed between the container and body structure to eliminate squeaky sounds. Hook up the washer solvent container hose to the front nozzle hose and bolt the solvent container into place application while tightening the screws to 2.5 n.m torque. Reinstall the coolant surge tank to its proper position and bolt it down while tightening both bolts to 6 n.m (53 lb in). Set washer solvent into the washer solvent container at the end.
