    Q: How to replace the Auxiliary Engine Oil Cooler on Chevrolet Impala?
    A: Start by uninstalling the upper air baffle, right engine splash shield and lower air baffle before proceeding with the replacement work on the auxiliary Engine Oil Cooler. You must first detach the support clip from the Engine Oil Cooler lines before you reposition the hose clamps on the Power Steering Cooler lines. Following this step, you can remove the power steering Oil Cooler lines from the Power Steering Cooler and the Engine Oil Cooler lines from the Engine Oil Cooler. Following the removal of the upper bolt and lower bolts from the Engine Oil Cooler/power steering cooler you can extract the assembly from your vehicle. Installation begins with positioning the Engine Oil Cooler/power steering cooler in its proper place followed by upper bolt installation to the bracket at 2 nm (18 inch lbs) torque before lower bolts achieve the same torque specification. After attaching the Engine Oil Cooler lines to their respective connections use clamps to secure Power Steering Cooler lines next reposition hose clamps and install the support clip to the Engine Oil Cooler lines. The last steps involve installing the right engine splash shield and both lower and upper air baffles before adding correct amounts of engine oil and power steering fluid.
