How to replace the cruise control switch on Chevrolet Lumina?

To change the cruise release switch, the first thing to do is take off the left side instrument panel insulator. Then, take off the electrical connector from the cruise release switch and pull it out of the retainer on the brake pedal bracket. Put the cruise release switch into the retainer on the brake pedal bracket and then attach the electrical connector. Set the cruise release switch as required and after that put the left side instrument panel insulator back.
