The modular fuel sender allows removal of the sensor following connector removal from the Fuel Tank vapor pressure sensor. The new Fuel Tank vapor pressure sensor installation requires connect it to the modular fuel sender before attaching the electrical connector. The installation process starts by putting back the Fuel Tank followed by lowering the vehicle then recharging the tank afterward completing with reinstallation of the fuel cap.
