How to replace the hazard and turn signal flasher on Chevrolet Lumina?

Before replacing the flasher you need to remove the IP insulator on the Left Hand side. Take out the hazard/turn signal flasher through the dash mat surface while also unplugging its electrical cable since it connects to the dash mat. Plug in the electrical connector to connect to the hazard/turn signal flasher then fit the flasher into the dash mat opening using the provided location. Reposition the Left Hand Instrument Panel insulator last.
