The first step to replace the rear side door window regulator involves taking out the rear door window. Start by removing the six mounting screws which hold the regulator and guide the regulator into the big opening of the door panel. You should examine both the gear unit and spring for damage along with wear signs during this step. The installation process requires multipurpose grease application to all lubrication and sliding points on the regulator according to the marked arrows. Replace the window regulator inside the door and fasten it with 6 screws that mount it in its position. The completion of installation requires setting the rear door window back into place.
