  Q: How to replace the radiator hose outlet on Chevrolet Prizm?

  A: Then remove the Radiator outlet hose to replace it be removing the Radiator and begin the engine and run it for 15 minutes and let it stop the engine then remove the Radiator outlet hose. Open the Drain Plug in the Radiator and drain the coolant while loosening and repositioning the hose clamp on the Radiator outlet hose at the Radiator while removing the hose. Then, unscrew and reposition the hose clamp at the Radiator outlet hose at the engine outlet pipe, then disconnect the hose from the engine outlet pipe. For installment, fix a new hose clamp in each end of new Radiator outlet hose then fixed the hose to the outlet pipe and the Radiator to ensure that it is correctly over the new outlet pipe and Radiator flares. Fasten the hose with the hose clamps and fill the Radiator with a recognized coolant.
