To start the Radiator outlet hose replacement you must first remove the Radiator Cap then run the engine for 15 minutes before halting it. Start by opening the Drain Plug of the Radiator to empty the coolant then move the clamp on the outlet hose at the Radiator before removing the hose. Proceed by loosening then relocating the clamp on the Radiator outlet hose which attaches to the engine outlet pipe before removing the hose from there. Install the new Radiator outlet hose by placing two hose clamps at its ends before mounting it to the outlet pipe and Radiator while maintaining precise positions over the outlet pipe and Radiator flares. Install the hose by using hose clamps and then fill the Radiator with a product-approved coolant.
