How to replace the Automatic Transmission Oil Cooler Hose on Chevrolet Venture?

The replacement of an automatic Transmission Oil Cooler Hose demands disconnecting the transaxle oil cooler outlet hose located on top of the Radiator. Raise and support the vehicle before you unfasten the toc hose retainer bolt while placing a drain pan underneath the oil cooler hoses. The installation of a new automatic Transmission Oil Cooler Hose starts by removing the toc outlet hose from the transaxle then continuing with toc inlet hose unattachment from both transaxle and Radiator. The automatic transmission oil cooler hoses need to be detached from the Radiator support retainer after which they should be removed from the vehicle. During installation check there is enough space around the transaxle oil cooler pipes and hoses to avoid fluid loss from possible damage or wear. Reinstall the toc hoses starting with attachment to the Radiator support retainer followed by the Radiator then completing with the transaxle. Lower the vehicle after installing the toc hose retainer along with its bolt and tightening it to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.). When attaching the toc outlet hose to the Radiator top side avoid overfilling the transaxle because it may trigger foaming along with fluid loss and shifting problems and damage to the system. Please adjust the fluid levels when needed.
